An undesirable effect of a medicinal product is any unfavorable and unintended effect of a medicinal product occurring during the use of doses recommended in humans for prophylactic, diagnostic, therapeutic purposes or for modification of physiological functions.
Any adverse reaction should be reported by the patient, physician, dentist, pharmacist, nurse, or midwife.
